A demanda por melhores resultados estéticos nos tratamentos envolvendo implantes osseointegrados levou à busca de parâmetros que permitissem maior previsibilidade da estética perimplantar. Esses parâmetros envolvem o posicionamento tridimensional ideal do implante e todos os recursos necessários para obtenção deste, como planejamento prévio, exames clínicos, radiológicos, enceramento diagnóstico e guia cirúrgica. O objetivo deste trabalho é fazer uma revisão dos fatores relacionados ao posicionamento tridimensional dos implantes e sua influência na estética perimplantar
The demand for better aesthetic results in the treatments involving osseointegrated implants led to the search of parameters that permitted greater previsibility of the peri-implant aesthetic. These parameters involve the ideal tridimensional positioning of the fixture and all the necessary resources for attainment of this, as previous planning, clinical and radiological examinations, diagnostic waxing and surgical guide.
